Welcome to my blog titled “Leadership Through the Ages”! This blog focuses on how leadership characteristics are shown, developed, and practiced; beginning at birth. It will specifically focus on Emotional Intelligence from birth to age 12, the Impact of Authority and Finding Passions and Strengths from ages 13-19 years old, Decision Making from 20-30 years old, and finally Coaching and Mentoring in adulthood. All in all, this blog argues that leadership characteristics are not developed overnight. Instead, they are developed over a lifetime.
